Looks like Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey) are going to need a lot more than a Post-It to make their marriage work on Grey's Anatomy.
As the couple prepares to try a long-distance relationship with Derek moving to D.C., it's safe to say Meredith is less than thrilled about her husband's new job - even if it is working for the president of the United States.

Grey's returns Thursday from its winter hiatus, and in this exclusive clip from the new episode, Meredith and Derek reminisce (separately) about their hastily exchanged vows. And judging by her surprising action at the end of the scene, Meredith isn't feeling too sentimental.
