CNN talk-show host Nancy Grace has secured a temporary restraining order against Joseph Raymond Loegering, a Manhattan psychiatric-ward patient who, per court papers, is "apparently obsessed with Ms. Grace, believes that he loves her, insists that she can solve all of his problems and will help him to meet Osama bin Laden." Loegering allegedly has been harassing Grace since Nov. 18.
