Praising comedian Paula Poundstone's progress, a Los Angeles judge eased the terms of her probation on Wednesday, allowing her to have non-monitored work days. However, the 42-year-old — who pleaded no contest to a felony count of child endangerment and was sentenced to 180 days at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center and five years probation — will still be monitored during her daytime visits with her three adopted children.
