Gary No Longer Married to Wednesday Time Slot?

Despite whatever his ex-wife may think of him, CBS seems to be taking a shine to Gary Unmarried. So much so that they're willing to set the sitcom up on dates outside of its original, Wednesdays-at-8:30 berth.
CBS has announced that the Jay Mohr-starrer will get a special broadcast on Monday, Oct. 27, at 9:30, following repeats of Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother and Two and a Half Men.

The special airing, however, may be just that — special — seeing as sources tell me that the Eye still thinks the best of Worst Week. Besides, Gary is proving to be a nice fit on Wednesdays with Old Christine, either matching or even building on the junior-year sitcom's audience. Gary is still awaiting  a full-season pick-up.
