Game of Thrones' Hodor is a man of few words. To be precise, one word: Hodor.
On HBO's epic fantasty series that airs Sundays at 9/8c, Kristian Nairn plays the laconic gentle giant who's been a loyal servant to the Stark family. He currently transports the crippled Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead Wright) piggyback as they journey north to what lies beyond the Wall.
Game of Thrones' Kristian Nairn comes out as gay
TVGuide.com challenged Nairn to answer 10 rapid-fire questions in a style inspired by Hodor (but not in character because we all know what the answers would be!), in which he could only give one-word answers. Check out the fun below:
How did you feel when you got the role of Hodor?
Kristian Nairn: Amazed.
What's the best thing about playing Hodor?
Hodor only ever says one word. If you had to choose only one word to say the rest of your life, what would it be?
Describe the weather filming Game of Thrones.
If you had a House sigil, what would be on it?
What do you do during hiatus from filming Game of Thrones?
If you got to sit on the Iron Throne, who would you want as your Hand?
If you could warg, what animal would you want to warg with?
Fill in the blank. If Hodor had a love interest, she would be ________.
Do you ever get tired of saying "Hodor"?
Nairn: Yes! [laughs]
