FX Sets Premiere Date for Diane Kruger Drama The Bridge

The Bridge, FX's adaptation of the Dutch drama, will premiere Wednesday, July 10 at 10/9c, the network announced Thursday.

The series stars Diane Kruger and Oscar nominee Demián Bichir as two detectives from different countries forced to work together to track down a serial killer. Kruger plays Sonya Cross, a shockingly candid, but efficient detective who has an undiagnosed disorder that falls on the autism spectrum. Bichir plays Marco Ruiz, a homicide investigator living in Ciudad Juarez and one of the last good men in a corrupt Mexican police force.

The Bridge, executive-produced by Cold Case's Meredith Stiehm and Elwood Reid,also stars Ted Levine, Annabeth Gish and Thomas M. Wright. Matthew Lillard will guest-star.
