Johnson plays Sheriff Earl McGraw, who's fixated on capturing the notorious Gecko brothers -- Seth (D.J. Cotrona) and loose cannon Richie (Zane Holtz) -- after their bank heist leaves several dead. The pursuit ends in a strip joint in Mexico filled with vampires. The series, which co-stars Robert Patrick and Wilmer Valderrama, is based upon the 1996 cult film of the same name directed by Rodriguez that starred George Clooney, Quentin Tarantino and Salma Hayek.
