Exxxcellent! Fox Renews The Simpsons for Two More Seasons

Looks like The Simpsons'new HD opening credits will be around for awhile.
Fox has ordered two more seasons of The Simpsons, which will bring the longest-running primetime show in history to a whopping 493 episodes. The show is currently in its 20th season.
The announcement of 44 new episodes comes in the midst of "Best. 20. Years. Ever.," a global, yearlong celebration of all things Simpsons that will culminate in the 20th anniversary of the show's debut on January 14, 2010.
