Fox has given a put-pilot commitment to Parks and Recreation star Rashida Jones' comedy project Stuck, TVGuide.com has learned.

The half-hour, single-camera comedy tells the story of a stuck-in-a-rut, middle-aged woman who works at a bank. After she gets her childish daughter a job there, within a day, the daughter is the mother's boss. While working and living together, they help each other to get unstuck.

Parks and Recreation Scoop: Who's getting married in Season 6?

Jones will executive-produce the project — which hails from Warner Bros. Television and Le Train Train — with Will McCormack (Celeste and Jesse Forever) and Alexandra Rushfield (Parks and Recreation), who will also write. Jones, who recently signed a two-year deal with WB TV alongside writing partner McCormack, will not star in the comedy.

The news comes just a week after it was announced that Jones and co-star Rob Lowe would both be leaving Parks and Recreation during the upcoming sixth season. Get more details on their exit here.
