Roger Ailes, the head honcho at Fox News, has resigned.Following weeks of sexual harassment claims from colleagues including Gretchen Carlson and Megyn Kelly -- as well as a denial that he wouldn't be going anywhere from the network -- Ailes stepped down Thursday.
