The movie is an adaptation of V.C. Andrews' racy, incest-laden 1979 novel, the first in a series, about a group of siblings who are forced to live in secret in their grandmother's attic after their father is killed in a car accident. It stars Ellen Burstyn as the grandmother, Kiernan Shipka (a.k.a. Sally Draper on Mad Men) as older sister Cathy Dollanganger, and Heather Graham as the children's mother.

Flowers in the Attic will premiere on Lifetime on Saturday, Jan. 18.
