Fox's decision to blur the butt of an animated character on a rerun of The Family Guy (to avoid the FCC's wrath) strikes me as rather odd for two reasons: One, the rear didn't get blurred the first time the network aired the episode five years ago. And second, this past Sunday Fox ran an episode of The Simpsons that featured a shot of bartender Moe's bottom — unblurred. What gives, people?
