Exclusive: Find Out Who's Playing Veronica Mars' Dean!
Here's some breaking news on Hearst College's exhaustive search for a new dean: Just days after announcing in Ask Ausiello the "depressing" news that Michael McKean had nixed (foolishly, IMHO) an offer to play Hearst's headmaster on Veronica Mars, Rob Thomas has tapped another member of the Christopher Guest Acting Troupe to fill the void: Ed Begley Jr. That's a solid choice, although I would have preferred Parker Posey over both of 'em. Just the thought of a Parker-Veronica snark showdown makes me weak in the knees.
