It ain't a Goldbergs Thanksgiving without Uncle Marv!

Murray's DeLorean-driving brother Marv (Dan Fogler) is back for Turkey Day on next week's episode (Wednesday, 8:30/7:30c, ABC) to wreak his own brand of havoc — and we've got your first look at his return.

8 bubble shows: Which will survive?

"We're gonna have a tradition where Uncle Marvin comes back every year for Thanksgiving, knock on wood," creator Adam F. Goldberg

tells TVGuide.com. "It came together last minute. Dan was like, 'Uncle Marv has to come back for Thanksgiving again,' and I was like, 'Done!' It's really fun and that [character] really is my uncle."This time around, Marv and Adam (Sean Giambrone) will unexpectedly bond, which rubs Murray (Jeff Garlin) the wrong way. Meanwhile, Erica (Hayley Orrantia) is forced to take a jazzercise class with Beverly (Wendi McLendon-Covey) over a bet, which ends with Erica deciding not to celebrate Thanksgiving with her family. It'll all come to a head at the dinner table. "I love the tradition at the Goldbergs' Thanksgiving is someone threatens to leave and walks out the door, which is literally what happens," Goldberg says. And in case you don't believe him, prepare for a legendary Goldbergs home video in the tag of a full-blown Thanksgiving walkout.

Mega Buzz: See who's playing Lainey's dad on The Goldbergs

"I'm going to show a very famous home video, which I've been sitting on, of my brother refusing to sit down at the Thanksgiving table and storming away and calling us all motherf---ers," Goldberg says. "It's classic. It's so interesting because Eric and Erica are so similar. People are like, 'You made the guy a girl,' but the characters are almost identical. ... This year will be about Erica not wanting to be controlled. That was my brother and my parents surprised him with a trip to Europe, and he refused to go because they told him that he had to go and they were trying to control him. Barry starts going, 'They're giving you this amazing trip!' Like needling my parents and trying to provoke a fight. It turned into a huge meltdown and I set up the video camera and I'm in the corner cracking up, pumping my fists, just beside myself that I have it all on tape, so I'm going to break out that goody!"Check out the photos below. The Goldbergs airs Wednesdays at 8:30/7:30c on ABC.
