American Dad American Dad

Good morning, U.S.A.: It's going to be a wonderful day for the team behind Fox's American Dad. The network has given an early seventh season renewal to the animated Seth MacFarlane series, which will now air at least through the 2012-2013 TV season.

Early pickups are standard practice in the world of animation, given the long lead time necessary for production. American Dad, which follows the exploits of conservative CIA agent Stan Smith (voiced by MacFarlane) and family, airs Sunday during Fox's "Animation Domination" block.

Wendy Schaal provides the voice of Stan's ditzy wife, Francine; Rachael MacFarlane voices Stan's hippie daughter, Hayley; Scott Grimes plays geeky teen son, Steve; Dee Bradley Baker voices talking goldfish Klaus; and MacFarlane also provides the voice for space alien Roger.
