Vincent Chase, Oscar winner?

It's a strong possibility, at least according to new spoilers Jerry Ferrara dropped about the Entouragemovie on Watch What Happens: Live.

Jerry Ferrara and more TV stars at the movies this summer

"It picks up not long after where we ended and the stakes are definitely higher," Ferrara told Andy Cohen on the live after show. "The Vincent Chase character is kind of going the Ben Affleck route where he's kind of writing, directing and starring in his own movie." (Affleck won the Oscar for Best Picture in 2013 for Argo, which he wrote, directed and starred in.)

Even better? The man releasing Vinnie's movie is none other than his longtime agent Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven), who comes out of retirement. "He's now running a studio and that's his first movie out of the gate," Ferrara said.

Cult shows that deserve a movie

The premise of the fictional movie is still unknown, but could it possibly be some sort of coming-of-age drama about four boys from Queens striking it big in Hollywood? A semi-autobiographical movie like that would bring the entire TV series, which ran for eight seasons on HBO, full circle. At the very least, let's hope this film is a little more Queens Boulevard and a lot less Medellin.
