Do you like Green Eggs and Ham? Do you want more of Sam-I-Am?

If so, you're in luck! Netflix has given the green light -- no pun intended -- to a 13-episode Green Eggs and Ham series, based on the Dr. Seuss classic rhyming picture book.

Cindy Holland, vice president of original content for Netflix, said in a statement: "We think this will be a hit/ Green Eggs and Ham is a perfect fit/ for our growing slate of amazing stories/ available exclusively in all Netflix territories.

The production hails from Ellen DeGeneres' A Very Good Production, marking their first deal for a streaming series, in addition to A Stern Talking To and Gulfstream Television in association with Warner Bros. TV.

DeGeneres, who will also serve as an executive producer, made the announcement on her show (with her own rhymes):
