A DISASTER OF TITANIC PROPORTIONS
NBC has bought the Hallmark Channel's Poseidon Adventure remake and seems likely to air it just before the summer '06 release of Warner Bros.' big-screen revamp, directed by Wolfgang Petersen (The Perfect Storm). No doubt, the network is confident that it can top the big-budget multiplex version with the star power of its flick's cast: Steve Guttenberg, Robocop Peter Weller and Rutger Hauer.
