Dina Lohan Pleads Not Guilty to DWI

Dina Lohan pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated Tuesday, TMZ reports.
She was released without bail but had her license suspended. Lohan is due back in court on Oct. 23.

Lohan was pulled over earlier this month for speeding when she blew a .20 blood alcohol level. After she was taken to the police station, she claimed to have been injured during the arrest. An ambulance was called, but no injuries were found and she recanted her claim.
