Lindsay Lohan's Mom Dina Pleads Guilty to Driving While Intoxicated

Lindsay Lohan's mom Dina Lohan pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and speeding in court on Tuesday, TMZ.com reports.

Lohan, 50, was pulled over in September in New York for speeding and then blew a .20 blood alcohol level on the Breathalyzer,  more than twice the legal limit of 0.08. After she was taken to the police station, she claimed to have been injured during the arrest. An ambulance was called, but no injuries were found and she recanted her claim.

Lohan, who will return to court on June 3 for sentencing, is expected to be given 100 hours of community service and mandatory fines. TMZ also reports she will likely have her license revoked and an interlock device installed in her car.  

Her famous daughter has had her share of legal issues that include various abbreviated stints in jail, house arrest and rehab to address substance abuse.
