Nikita may be coming to an end, but Devon Sawa has another exciting role to look forward to: dad!

The actor and his wife, Dawni, are expecting their first child together. His rep tells E! News that the couple is having a boy who is due the first week of January.

An avid tweeter, Sawa was the first to reveal there was a new addition on the way via social media, when he posted a picture of a white crib on Monday.

Prior to Nikita, which wraps it's four-season run this month, Sawa is known for his big-screen roles in films like Final Destination and Now and Then.
