Dennis Quaid's Wife Withdraws Divorce Papers

Kimberly Buffington-Quaid has withdrawn her divorce papers from husband Dennis Quaid, People reports.
Kimberly filed a "notice of nonsuit" with Travis County court in Texas on April 26. No reason for dropping the divorce proceedings has been provided.

The couple, who married in 2004, initially announced their separation in March. According to the documents, Kimberly stated, "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities... that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation." Later the actor's rep said, "Contrary to what has been reported, a satisfactory settlement is being worked out for both parties."
The pair has 4-year-old twins. Quaid stars in a pilot currently under consideration by CBS for the fall as a cowboy-turned-sheriff in 1960s Las Vegas.
