Demi Lovato Leaves Treatment Facility

Demi Lovato has left the treatment facility where she was seeking help for emotional and physical issues, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

Lovato returned to Los Angeles earlier this week after completing her prescribed treatment, a source close to Lovato says. The 18-year-old Disney star wants to focus on getting back to her "regular routine," and spending time with friends and family. She will continue treatment while in L.A.

On Nov. 1, Lovato canceled her worldwide tour to seek medical treatment for "issues she battled throughout her life," her rep said.

Earlier this month, Lovato thanked her fans for sticking by her. "I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all," she wrote on her Facebook page.
