At the end of this week's episode, a photograph led Joanna to conclude that Vivian Bowers' brother, Julian (Wes Brown), is the one who killed her. But on Monday's episode, Joanna's partner (professionally and sometimes personally) Will (Laz Alonso) tells her that the affair she had with Julian 17 years prior may have compromised their case.
