David Cassidy is heading back to rehab.
The actor was sentenced to three months of live-in alcohol rehab Monday, after he pleaded no contest to DUI charges stemming from a traffic stop in January, TMZreports. He was also ordered to pay fines and enter a nine-month alcohol education program, and will be on probation for five years.
Cassidy, 63, was arrested in January after making an illegal turn on a red light at the Los Angeles Airport. His blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit, despite the fact that he had just completed a stint in rehab.
He went back to rehab after the arrest, which was his third DUI incident since 2010. Cassidy will get credit for the time he's spent in rehab (102 days) and will be transitioning into a monitored outpatient program with a sober coach for the next month, according to TMZ.
In February, Cassidy's wife Sue filed for divorce, saying she was "glad David is getting the help he needs."
