A sexual harassment lawsuit has been filed against David Boreanaz, a Los Angeles Superior Court official tells TVGuide.com.
Kristina Hagan, who appeared as an extra on Bones last year, filed a suit Thursday against Boreanaz and 20th Century Fox Television. She is seeking more than $25,000 on claims of sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress, according to The Associated Press
According to the suit, Hagan says the Bones star repeatedly tried to kiss and fondle her in multiple locations — including his car — following her August appearance as an extra on the Fox drama, reports the AP. She also claims in the suit that she continued to meet with Boreanaz because he promised her a recurring role, which never came to fruition.
"The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd," Boreanaz's rep said in a statement. "There is no validity to this lawsuit."
Hagan is being represented by high-profile celebrity attorney Gloria Allred, who says her firm also represents another woman who has filed a charge of sexual harassment in employment against Boreanaz.
"Ms. Hagan is looking forward to her day in court," Allred said in a statement to TVGuide.com.
