While shooting a scene for the HBO series' finale season, McBride fell so hard that producers decided it was best that they take him to the hospital to get checked out. McBride was released from the hospital after doctors determined he didn't suffer any major injuries.
"I busted my a-- on roller skates," McBride told the site. "The roller skates won."
When Eastbound & Down returns for Season 4 on Sunday, Sept. 29 at 10/9c, the HBO series will jump ahead several years in time and find Kenny Powers (McBride) settled down with April (Katy Mixon) and their child in North Carolina.
