Are you ready to dance until your legs fall off and your eyes pop out of your head? That's what ABC is banking on.

This fall the network will be airing two seasons of Dancing with the Stars simultaneously: the flagship series on Mondays and children's spin-off Dancing with the Stars: Juniors on Sundays.

That's a lotta Dancing.

During a call with reporters on Tuesday, ABC Entertainment president Channing Dungey said that Juniors will be 10 episodes and pretaped to work around the kids' schedules. It will be the first DWTS to not air live. Episodes will be an hour long (grown-up Dancing is two hours).

Dungey also said that she's happy with the in-progress all-athletes season and would like to bring back Dancing with the Stars: Athletes for another season.
