The premiere of NBC's new David Alan Grier/Delta Burke sitcom DAG has been pushed back. The Tuesday comedy in which Grier plays a Secret Service agent assigned to protect the First Lady (Burke) will debut on Nov. 14 (9:30 pm/ET) rather than the original date of Oct. 31. "They didn't want to air it and then have it pre-empted for the elections on Nov. 7, and then have it come back," an NBC spokesperson tells TV Guide Online. "They figured it's not a good idea to have it on and off and on... " What will air in its place? "They haven't decided yet," the rep says. "Hopefully it's not When Good Pets Go Bad Part 3 or something."
