Britney Spears raised thousands of dollars for Hurricane Katrina relief with an eBay auction of her personal items, despite having removed a bra from heated bidding. Explaining that the jewel-encrusted top, which had earned bids in excess of $47,000, was not one that she actually wore during a concert, she said, "I feel the correct thing to do is remove this item. I don't want any of you misled." Asked to comment, one of the item's male bidders said, "Hee-hee... Brit removed her bra."
