Alan Cumming will return for Season 2 of The Good Wife as a series regular, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
The 45-year-old Tony-winning actor currently guest-stars on the legal drama as Eli Gold, the new campaign manager helping fallen State's Attorney Peter Florrick (Chris Noth) plan his return to politics. Cumming's promotion to series cast member for next season was first reported by Entertainment Weekly.
