Controversial Couple Courtney Stodden and Doug Hutchison Call It Quits

The controversial marriage between Courtney Stodden and Doug Hutchison has ended, Us Weekly reports.

In 2011, Hutchison, known as the former Dharma leader Horace Goodspeed on Lost, made headlines when he married Stodden, who was 16 at the time, in Las Vegas.

"We're aware that our vast age difference is extremely controversial," the couple said at the time. "But we're very much in love and want to get the message out that true love can be ageless."

The two soon appeared on the second season of Couples Therapy, but were kicked off when Stodden refused to cover up in the house. Stodden most recently appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in the U.K.
