Criminal Minds' Paget Brewster to Pop Up on Community

Criminal Minds alum Paget Brewster is set to make a cameo appearance in an upcoming episode of Community.

On Wednesday, Community star Alison Brie tweeted a picture of her and Brewster with Breaking Badvet Jonathan Banks, who is recurring on the NBC comedy.

It's unknown just who Brewster is playing. However, she appeared to be dressed in a well-tailored skirt suit in the picture, so maybe she is guest-starring as a teacher? Or a lawyer from Jeff's past? Brewster joins previously announced guest stars Nathan Fillion and Walton Goggins.

After her breakthrough role on Friends, Brewster logged in seven seasons playing Prentiss on Criminal Minds before leaving in 2012. When speaking with TVGuide.com last year, Brewster expressed her interest in returning to comedy. "Honestly, I think I'm better at it," Brewster said at the time. "I think I'm a goofier person rather than a serious, dramatic actress so I probably belong in comedy."

She has since appeared on Law & Order: SVU and Modern Family, and is set to return to Criminal Minds for the show's 200th episode in February.
