CLEARING THE AIR
Britney Spears is setting the record straight about that Sunday night concert fiasco in Mexico, where foul weather reportedly led her to walk off stage after only four songs. "The whole stage is metal and the stage was hit by lightning and not safe," she tells Access Hollywood. "The dancers on stage slipped, it wasn't safe at all for us to continue the show. This was not a rainstorm, this was a lightning storm." And what about that whole middle finger scandal? She confirms that the birdie was intended for the paparazzi not her Mexican fans. "It was just a defense mechanism," she insists. "I wouldn't do it again." Right, and you're still a virgin.
