Christopher Walken Joins Jersey Boys Film Cast

Christopher Walken has been cast in the upcoming Jersey Boysfilm, Deadline reports.

The film adaptation of the hit stage musical, directed by Clint Eastwood, will see the 70-year-old actor play Angelo "Gyp" DeCarlo, a Jersey mobster who helped the Four Seasons build their career.

Written by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, the film will begin production in September. While unconfirmed, the Four Seasons are likely to be played by some of the musical's stage stars, with reports saying Eastwood has cast Vincent Piazza, John Lloyd Young, Erich Bergen, and Michael Lomenda.
