Chloe Sevigny is in final negotiations to join Season 2 of the creeptastic FX drama, EW reports. She'll reportedly play Shelly the Nymphomaniac, who will act as a nemesis to Lange's character, the head of an institution for the criminally insane on the East Coast. The part was reportedly written with Sevigny in mind.
