VIDEO: The Chicago Fire Set Is Full of Shenanigans

Someone's getting pantsed!

The onscreen workplace hazards for the cast of Chicago Fire include smoke inhalation and third-degree burns. But when the camera isn't rolling, the actors also have to be worried about, for instance, getting pranked during an interview or getting pantsed in the freezing cold.

When TVGuide.com went to the set of Chicago Fire back in February, star David Eigenberg, who plays Christopher Herrmann, was a victim of both. (But don't feel too much sympathy for him. Eigenberg, who's widely regarded as the set's biggest troublemaker, had also stolen co-star Monica Raymund's lunch earlier in the day.)

Check out the video above to get a behind-the-scenes look at how Chicago Fire gets made - or rather, how the heck it gets made despite all the shenanigans going on in the background.

Chicago Fire airs Tuesdays at 10/9c on NBC.
