The 30 Rock star and Landau took their romance public last October, and recently attended the Sundance Film Festival in Utah.
Jackson, who will appear in Ryan Murphy's HBO pilot Open, was previously married to Monte Lapka, and the two finalized their divorce last September. They had been an item for 13 years and were married in 2011.
