Cheers & Jeers: Burn Notice's Better-Off Fed

As it turned out, Carter was inadvertently exposed as an undercover FBI agent by Michael (Jeffrey Donovan). Of course, Williams did time as corrupt corrections officer-turned-inmate Brad Bellick on Prison Break, so he knows a thing or two about crossing over the thin blue line...
