Charlie Sheen's Home Raided; Gun Confiscated

Police confiscated an antique gun and bullets from Charlie Sheen's home Thursday night, according to The Hollywood Reporter, but Sheen was not arrested nor detained. Police confiscated an antique gun and bullets from Charlie Sheen's home Thursday night, according to The Hollywood Reporter, but Sheen was not arrested nor detained.

On March 1, Sheen's estranged wife Brooke Mueller had an emergency restraining order granted against him. The 45-year-old actor isn't allowed within 100 yards of Mueller or their 23-month-old twins, Max and Bob.

Sheen's lawyer, Mark P. Gross, told the trade magazine, "Charlie is great and in good spirits and is looking forward to tomorrow. He understands this is the price he pays for what goes on around him."

The search came the same day that Sheen not only filed a $100 million lawsuit against Warner Bros. and Two and a Half Men co-creator Chuck Lorre, but announced a live tour kicking off April 2 in Detroit.
