CBS Renews 14 Series --- But What Shows Are Missing?

CBS has renewed a whopping 14 of its shows for the 2013-2014 season, the network announced on Wednesday. In addition to the previously renewed NCIS and CSI, the network will bring back dramas NCIS: LA, Elementary, Person of Interest, Hawaii Five-0, The Mentalist, Blue Bloods, The Good Wife .

CBS has renewed a whopping 14 of its shows for the 2013-2014 season, the network announced on Wednesday.

In addition to the previously renewed NCISand CSI, the network will bring back dramas NCIS: LA, Elementary, Person of Interest, Hawaii Five-0, The Mentalist, Blue Bloods, The Good Wife.

The list of returning comedies includes Mike & Molly, 2 Broke Girls. (How I Met Your Motherand The Big Bang Theorywere previously renewed).
Additionally, reality series The Amazing Race, Survivor and Undercover Boss will all return with new editions and 60 Minutes and 48 Hours will also return this fall.

Although CBS acknowledged that discussions are currently ongoing between CBS and Warner Bros. Television for another season of Two and a Half Men, there was no mention of veteran drama Criminal Minds, which was also absent from the renewals. No announcements were made about the futures of bubble shows CSI: NY, Vegas, Golden Boy  or Rules of Engagement, though those decisions may not be made until the network's upfront presentation in May.
