New Bruce Springsteen Songs to Debut on The Good Wife

The Good Wife is teaming up with The Boss.

Three new songs from Bruce Springsteen's upcoming album, High Hopes, will debut on the Jan. 12 episode of the CBS drama two days before the record hits stores.

Fans will be able to get their first listen of Springsteen's new material in a special sneak preview airing immediately after the Jan. 5 episode. The entire High Hopes album will then be available exclusively on CBS.com that following week at www.cbs.com/Springsteen.

"High Hopes," "Hunter of Invisible Game" and "The Ghost of Tom Joad," will then be featured in the "We, the Juries" episode of The Good Wife, which sees rivals Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and Will (Josh Charles) each representing one-half of a couple accused of smuggling drugs. Things get complicated when each defendant insists on separate juries.

"We love using music in The Good Wife, and we always have the music inform the action and the cutting," the acclaimed drama's creators and executive producers, Robert and Michelle King, said in a statement. "So when the Bruce Springsteen songs became available, we couldn't believe our luck. We wished we could use the whole album."
