Bruce Jenner on Kanye West: "He Just Hasn't Been Around"

Kim Kardashian is just weeks from becoming a mom, and her stepdad, Bruce Jenner, has some tough words for the father-to-be, Kanye West.

In an interview with Extra on Friday, Jenner's son, The Hills' Brody Jenner revealed that he had actually never met West. "Actually, I have only met him once," his dad added. "Yeah he's not around, he was in Paris the whole time writing, and he just hasn't been around." (West's new album is due out on June 18.)

Jenner has never been one to mince words about the men his stepdaughters bring home. Back in 2009, the Olympic swimmer made it well known to the entire Kardashian clan (and viewers) that he was none too pleased to learn on the evening news that Khloe had gotten engaged to now-husband Lamar Odom.

On Sunday's Season 8 premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which grabbed 3 million viewers, it was revealed that Kim and West are expecting a girl. This is the first child for both.

Fortunately, Jenner seems to be able to take it as well as he can dish it out, such as when Brody revealed why he decided to join the reality show this season. "Over the years as I was a kid, I hate to say it, but Bruce wasn't around all the time. He was sometimes, but we started hanging out and developing a relationship, and his whole life is on television," he said.
