Botox could be freezing relations between Sharon Stone and her son, Roan.

In a tentative ruling Tuesday, a judge rejected Stone's request to have her 8-year-old son move to L.A. to be with her - largely due to what has been deemed the actress' "overreaction" to Roan's medical issues. Among several cases cited in a court document (obtained by E! Online), Stone suggested that Roan receive Botox injections in his feet to combat foot odor. Roan currently resides in the Northern California home of his father, Phil Bronstein.

"As Father appropriately noted," the judge wrote, "the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected the odor problem without the need for any invasive procedure on this young child."

Other issues for Stone that the court cited included a lack of overall parental involvement and availability in Roan's life.
