Biggest Loser Winner Says She's at "Perfect Weight" After Putting 20 Pounds

Controversial The Biggest Loser winner Rachel Frederickson has put on 20 pounds since leaving the NBC reality show, the 24-year-old tells US Weeklyin the upcoming issue.  

Frederickson caused a stir by losing 155 pounds during her time on the show. But she has since gained 20 pounds and says she is at her  "perfect weight."

Biggest Loser Winner: "Maybe I was a little too enthusiastic in my training"

Ferderickson previously admitted that she was "a little too enthusiastic" with training, but she tells the magazine that she's glad it caused a firestorm. "It started a discussion about body image," she says. "That's huge."
