Barack Obama to Trek Through the Wilderness for Running Wild with Bear Grylls

Barack Obama is taking a walk on the wild side for an upcoming episode of NBC's Running Wild with Bear Grylls.

During the special, which will tape and air later this year, POTUS will visit Alaska with the survival expert to see firsthand the effects of climate change on the Alaskan Wilderness. Obama will also get a crash course on survival techniques from Grylls.

Running Wild with Bear Grylls Season 2 has already featured such big names as Kate Winslet, Kate Hudson, Zac Efron, and Channing Tatum, all of whom have been pushed both mentally and physically by the longtime survivalist. The NBC series currently airs on Mondays at 10/9c.
