"What's great about Emily ... is that she is sweet right up until the time she's not," host Chris Harrison tells TVGuide.com. "She's this perfect Southern belle and then someone crosses her [in an upcoming episode] and really crosses Ricki and that's when Mama Bear comes out and says, 'Get the f--- out.'"
