Who needs a rose when you can get a ring? The Bachelor contestant Renee Oteri, who appeared on the current season of the ABC dating show, is engaged, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

The name of Oteri's husband-to-be has yet to be released, but sources say that the lucky guy is an ex-boyfriend. A single parent from Florida, Oteri immediately bonded with Juan Pablo Galavis, who is also a parent to 5-year-old daughter Camila.

However, Oteri, 32, left the show last Monday after she brought Juan Pablo to her hometown of Sarasota to meet her parents and her young son, Ben. "He liked Renee a lot and wanted to see more of her, and it could've been her with the rose," host Chris Harrison told TVGuide.com after her exit. "It was really close, and I know that [by] talking to him in deliberations."
