The Foundry is getting pretty full these days.

Now that Roy (Colton Haynes) and Sara (Caity Lotz) have joined Team Arrow, Oliver's (Stephen Amell) secret identity is really not so secret anymore, and soon even more characters will find out the truth.

Arrow Scoop: Which Flash characters are heading to Starling City?

"By the finale, more people will know than currently do," executive producer Marc Guggenheim told reporters on Monday. Despite some criticism, Guggenheim defended the writers' decision to let so many people in on the secret in only the second season. "When members of our cast of characters know, it draws them into Oliver's world and it draws them into the show more, so we tend to get more story out of people knowing than people not knowing."

Interestingly enough, Lance (Paul Blackthorne) has yet to learn the truth, which is almost laughable since he knows his daughter is hanging out with the vigilante. "Episode 19 pretty definitively answers that question as far as Lance is concerned and the answer will surprise you," Guggenheim said. "It's not something that you would expect." That's the same episode where characters from The Flashwill show up in Starling City.

Arrow: How far will Slade Wilson go to get revenge?

But The Foundry will be down one person this week when Diggle (David Ramsey) is recruited by Amanda Waller (Cynthia Addai-Robinson) to head up the Suicide Squad, comprised of his sworn enemy Deadshot (Michael Rowe) as well as Bronze Tiger (Michael Jai White) and Shrapnel (Sean Maher). "There's a very interesting dynamic that comes out of this episode between Floyd Lawton and John Diggle," Ramsey says. "At the end of the day, Floyd Lawton is a hired gun. There's bigger puppeteers behind him that are pulling the strings. John Diggle comes to a closure after this episode with Floyd."

Do you think too many people know the truth? Are you excited to see the Suicide Squad?

Arrow airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on The CW.
