Arrow Promotes Colton Haynes to Series Regular for Season 2

Now that Arrow has been renewed, the CW superhero drama is beefing up... its cast.

Recurring guest star Colton Haynes is being promoted to series regular for Season 2, The CW confirmed. The news was first reported by Zap2it.

Haynes, 24, first debuted  on the CW series in February as Roy Harper, a young man from the wrong side of the tracks, aka The Glades part of Starling City. Roy grew up living a life of crime and now is romantically involved with Oliver's little sister, Thea (Willa Holland).

Haynes was previously known for his role on MTV's Teen Wolf as Jackson Whittemore.

Arrow returns with new episodes on Wednesday, March 20 at 8/7c on The CW. Are you glad Haynes is sticking around?
